Does Benshaw offer application engineering and design support? Yes. Benshaw has a dedicated applications engineering team that helps customers select, size, and configure motor starters and drives for their specific application. We assist with sizing for full-load amps, starting torque, duty cycle, and power quality, and we offer custom-engineered packaged solutions when standard products do not fit. Support is available before, during, and after the sale. 
What types of motor control products does Benshaw supply for industrial applications? 

Benshaw supplies a broad product line covering low-voltage and medium-voltage soft starters, variable frequency drives, across-the-line starters, motor control centers, and engineered packaged systems. Voltages range from standard low-voltage (up to 600–690 V) through medium voltage up to 13.8 kV. This range lets us match products to applications from small pumps and fans up to large crushers, compressors, and mill drives. 
Does Benshaw support retrofits and upgrades on existing motor control equipment? Yes. Benshaw provides retrofit and upgrade solutions for aging or obsolete motor control equipment, including replacement soft starters, drives, and packaged solutions. Our team can assess existing installations and provide drop-in or re-engineered replacements that extend equipment life, improve reliability, and add modern protection and communication features without requiring a full system redesign.
