MVDISC Series Medium Voltage Load Break Interrupter Switch
Standard Features
- Load break fault make
- 60kV BIL up to 7.2kV, 90kV BIL for 15kV
- Symmetric fault ratings of 50kA for 2.4 — 7.2kV
- NEMA 12 enclosure
- Viewing window to verify switch position
- Enclosure MV door interlocked with switch mechanism to prevent access while switch is on
- Operating mechanism lockable in the off position
- Load side grounding in off position
- Blown fuse indication
- Welded 11 gauge steel construction

FVMD Series Load Break Interrupter Switch
Benshaw has developed a small footprint load break disconnect switch that is ideal for servicing your existing equipment. Benshaw’s cost effective solution allows customers to put a maintenance disconnect directly next to the equipment using the smallest possible footprint. Using a Benshaw FVMD Series Load Break Interrupter Switch, maintenance and service employees will have line-of-sight visibility to ensure that power is off and connected equipment is safe to service. The low profile design is ideal for environments where height is a concern, particularly in mining.

- Top cable entry/bottom cable exit

CFMVDISCDH Series Dual Load Break Interrupter Switch
Benshaw is now able to offer the same rugged and reliable disconnect design, but in a smaller package for your smaller current needs. Enclosures are available in NEMA 1 and NEMA 12 configurations. The enclosure consists of two distinct compartments that are completely isolated for maintenance. Standard combination CFMVDISCDH Series Dual Load Break Interrupter Switches are supplied with individual load break/fault make disconnect isolation switches, and Class “E” fuses available up to 200E.

- 60kV BIL
- Symmetric fault rating of 50kA for 2.4 — 5kV Class
