Amconex Group today announced its introduction as the global parent organization for Benshaw Inc., Benshaw Canada Controls Inc., AuCom MCS GmbH & Co. KG, and AuCom Electronics Ltd. The companies have operated collaboratively since 2019, serving customers worldwide with advanced motor control and automation solutions.
The introduction of Amconex Group reflects the collective scale, global reach, and engineering expertise of its operating companies while preserving the individual brands customers know and trust. Benshaw and AuCom will continue to operate under their existing names, with no changes to leadership, products, customer relationships, or support structures.
