New Division Structure

Pete Morgan, President at Benshaw Inc., has announced a new division structure for U.S. operations. The updated division structure is designed to support corporate strategies for continuing growth while helping personnel focus on key target markets. The new division structure primarily impacts operations in the U.S., takes effect immediately, and is accompanied by the appointment of division heads, as follows:

  • Matt Spiering has been appointed GM of the MOEM Division reporting to Rich Muraca, VP of Sales, who has overall responsibility for the MOEM channel, including Excel.
  • Nick Suto has been appointed GM of the Industrial Division, reporting to Pete Morgan. Nick will have responsibility over the Industrial Sales teams, Marketing team and customer service.
  • Brent Gilbert has been appointed GM of the Global EOEM business reporting to Pete Morgan. Brent will focus on growth among EOEM brand partners worldwide.

Each of these individuals will be responsible for bookings, sales targets and overall P&L for their respective sales channels, including gross margin and sales costs. Additionally, we are folding our global IT functions under John Erkert, our new CFO.
