Benshaw Joins OAIMA
Benshaw is pleased to announce it’s membership in the Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association (OAIMA). OAIMA supports the aggregate and industrial minerals mining industry in Ohio.
Benshaw is a key supplier of “aggregate duty” soft starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs) and switchgear.
From low voltage soft starters and drives to medium voltage applications up to 13.8kV (including wound rotor and synchronous motors), Benshaw offers applied motor control solutions for even the toughest applications, including crushers, conveyors, grizzly feeders, ball Mills, fans, pumps and compressors.
According to Jim Clarke, National Aggregate & Mining Manager at Benshaw, “The advanced motor control and protection features and heavy-duty power sections offered by Benshaw can help reduce costly downtime and repairs to motors and motor-driven equipment. Our soft starters and drives also reduce starting stresses to both the electrical supply and mechanical system components”.
